Guillermo Pharis is a renowned American fashion designer based in New York City and Denver, USA. Guillermo grew up surrounded by women only with a multicultural heritage.\u00a0Guillermo\u2019s childhood dream was to become a wedding dress designer.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

He started drawing wedding dresses at the \u00a0age of 9, his passion for the fashion industry started after he watched a couture show of Christian Dior. He continued dreaming and sketching dresses during middle and high school.\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

He attended The Fashion Institute of technology in New York City, where he specialized in evening-wear and bridal.\u00a0Guillermo’s\u00a0experience and knowledge in dressmaking techniques allow him to <\/span>analyze\u00a0and execute the exquisite craft of bridal couture. A truly romantic at heart artisan that loves everything about dresses since he was a child.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

His collections are the result of a\u00a0<\/span>creative combination of experiences from the designer and inspiration which he acquires from art, architecture, music, sculpture, travels and culture.\u00a0<\/p>

Guillermo has a deep love for plants and trees, he execute practices to protect the environment\u00a0and includes sustainable strategies in his personal and business life, cutting and buying the right amount of materials to avoid fabric and paper waste, reducing energy use, driving sustainably, <\/span>up cycling\u00a0and keeping fabric leftovers for future projects and offering the sustainable service of designing new gowns using vintage materials and or antique dresses.<\/span><\/p>

In 2019 he launched WHISPER by GUILLERMO PHARIS, a bridal brand available in USA and Asia. The collection was presented in New York Bridal Fashion Week in October 2019, Same year the designer opened his first bridal studio located in TriBeCa, New York City. By 2020 and 2021 he presented the collection in Shanghai Fashion Week and Hong Kong challenging the obstacles of a global pandemic, same year he opened a boutique in Downtown Denver.\u00a0<\/p>

The brand has been growing one bride at a time, by May 2024 he opened his first Bridal Design Studio in Los Angeles, California.<\/p>

Guillermo has being featured in major publications including BRIDES.COM, LATIMES, New York Weekly, The New York Post, US Reporter, Insider, local American magazines and International press.<\/p>

In 2025 Guillermo Pharis became finalist nominee for the prestigious “RISING STAR AWARDS” By The Fashion Group International NYC in the bridal fashion category, the awards recognize emerging talent in the fashion american industry.<\/a>\u00a0<\/i><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
